TEAMS DESIGN NEXT-GENERATION ROVER WHEELS IN INAUGURAL MANUFACTURING INNOVATION CHALLENGE

In honor of the 50th anniversary of the Apollo moon landing, the Advanced Manufacturing Program challenged students from across the university to redesign the lunar rover wheel using modern fabrication methods with the future exploration of our solar system in mind. Read more »

MINES AND MSU DENVER SIGN MOU

Mines and Metropolitan State University of Denver have signed a five-year Memorandum of Understanding that allows qualifying MSU Denver Advanced Manufacturing Sciences students to transition seamlessly to Mines upon graduation. There, they can earn a Master of Science Non-­Thesis degree in Advanced Manufacturing. Taking 12 credits per semester at Mines, students can earn their MS in as little as one year. Read more »
